Diablos Taqueria is a premier taco restaurant located in Appleton, WI, serving the surrounding areas. We specialize in authentic Mexican cuisine. We offer classic Mexican meals such as street tacos, burritos, quesadillas, nachos, pozole, and much more. Our Story
We’re Diablos Taqueria, a vibrant and authentic Mexican restaurant conveniently located in the heart of Appleton, WI. Our establishment, operating since its founding, takes pride in serving an array of mouthwatering street-style tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and diablo nachos. Offering a broader taste of Mexico's rich culinary traditions, we also serve delicious street corn, mules, pozole, and a variety of refreshing drinks, including Mexican sodas.Our owner and founder, Alex Morales, came into the restaurant industry at a young age and found a love for serving the public. In 2020, Alex opened Diablos Taqueria, transitioning a diner into a Mexican restaurant. Since then, Alex has introduced taco trucks throughout the Fox Valley area and has continued to add to his fleet of trucks serving the public as well private events. Becoming a taco fan favorite, Alex opens the doors of Diablos Taqueria to the Fox Valley with plans to keep growing and expand with brick and mortar taquerias and grow his fleet of taco trucks. He currently has 2 trucks at semi-permanent locations and another truck that floats for public events and catering private events.

We cater to various preferences by offering dine-in services for those who want to enjoy the warm ambiance of our restaurant. For busy individuals, we provide convenient online ordering and takeout options, ensuring that our delicious food is always accessible. We also take pleasure in organizing public events that bring people together to celebrate Mexican culture, as well as facilitating private events for a more intimate setting. Furthermore, we take pride in our catering services, where we bring our delectable Mexican cuisine directly to various events, such as corporate functions, parties, and gatherings. Whether it's a small office lunch or a large-scale celebration, our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and unforgettable flavors.
